Your card will be charged at the time you make your reservation. We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your trip within 72 hours of its scheduled start time, you are responsible for the full cost of the reservation. If you cancel outside of that 72-hour window, we will give a full refund.
In the case of inclement weather, the captain will make the final decision on canceling the trip based on everyone’s safety. If the trip is canceled due to inclement weather, we will try to rebook you for another time or offer a full refund.
